c!ranboo has the cat pupils that slit and dilate with his emotions, and he does not have eyelids and he will never have eyelids in my brain he is just a wide-eyed catboy at all times

c!wilbur and c!tommy both have permanent dead eyes, though c!wilbur’s are way worse

c!wilbur (revived) has long hair he keeps in a ponytail (also he absolutely chainsmokes, the man has no regard for his lungs) while c!tommy (also bearing a white hair streak from revival/the stress of limbo) keeps his hair short so it's harder to grab his hair in a fight

c!tommy has a huge back scar from his first canon death, and a split lip scar from his third (the main scars from the third are on the back of his head, so you can’t see them under his hair) + c!tommy nose bridge bandaid except the bandaid is actually somewhat covering the second canon death scar from the duel, where c!dream shot him directly between the eyes (the aforementioned bandaid is also a superhero themed one, like spiderman)

c!sam does stand on two humanoid legs (my apologies to paws enthusiasts /j), but he's got black sclera and creeper scales on his faces and joints (because creepers are definitely a weird mix of furry and scaly, those creatures have the weirdest texture and no one can convince me otherwise /lh)

c!quackity has a gold tooth where c!techno put a pickaxe through his teeth + his eyes do slot machine things when he experiences strong emotions (other than that peculiar trait, he's...seemingly human)

c!dream is 100% human, but his fingers are stained dark and he's got dark veins crawling up his arms from his meddling with life and death (i am a necromancer!dream enthusiast)
